Districtwide Art Classes have been working on creating different types of weavings!

Kindergarten through Fifth Grade have been working on varying levels of weaving from cutting skills and patterns in Kindergarten, to paper plate weavings in Fifth Grade.

Middle School Art Students planned and implemented patterned designs in paper weavings.

High School Art Students created yearn weavings.

Grandview Elementary made history at the 2026 Governor’s Cup District Competition!

For the first time in 17 years, Grandview earned 2nd place overall, finishing ahead of Ruth Moyer Elementary, St. Catherine of Siena, and St. Thomas. The team also earned the Hume Sportsmanship Award, recognizing their character, teamwork, and positive attitude throughout the competition.

🎉💗Today we celebrated National Bubblegum Day & helped ‘Pop the Stigma’! 💗🎉

We raised awareness for mental health and prevention—one bubble at a time! 🫧💖
Students and staff showed support today by:

🍬 Chewing bubblegum
🗣️ Starting conversations that break the stigma

Bubblegum was passed out to staff and students with important information reminding everyone of the importance of mental health and being able to ask for help.

Today, thirty-three sophomores toured the Campbell County Area Technology Center!

The ATC offers courses in auto body, auto tech, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, fire science, health science, and welding.

These are two year programs and students have an opportunity to go right into the work force with industry certificates!

Congratulations to BHS Junior, Bella Clark, for winning the KSBA Annual Banner Competition!

Banners that were entered needed to match the theme of the KSBA Annual Conference, "Built to Last." Bella's banner was chosen out of many designed and submitted by our students and will be displayed at the conference to represent our schools!

Thank you to our Board of Education for donating a Bellevue Tigers blanket as a prize.
